Cats and dogs are permitted when the following procedures have been met. No other pets are permitted except as noted below. All pets cause some additional costs to the Lessor during refurbishment of the apartment at time of move out. These costs are due to pet odors and hairs, claw/paw marking and scratches on wall and doors, additional steam extraction and deodorizing of the carpet, etc. Based on our research and experience, and on our desire to accommodate pet owners, we have set the following structure in order to permit pets.

A fish aquarium and up to two birds are permitted with no additional cost to the resident upon approval. Aquariums will not leak and will be cleaned regularly to prevent foul water and/or odors. Birds will be properly caged. Seeds and droppings will be shielded or caught to prevent accumulation and/or damage to carpeting/floors.
